Terms and Conditions

All sales made by Parable Ink (‘Seller’) to you (‘Customer’) are governed by these Terms and Conditions unless otherwise indicated by Parable Ink in writing PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THOROUGHLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER UNLESS YOU UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY THEM. Sale is Contingent on Customer’s Acceptance of Terms and Conditions. Seller shall not accept Customer’s purchase orders unless and until Customer consents to these Terms and Conditions of Sale. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (as set forth on this website) supersede the terms and conditions of Customer’s purchase order(s) and will govern all transactions between Customer and Seller. These Terms and Conditions of Sale also apply to all future transactions unless modified in writing signed by Seller and Customer.

Shipping Costs and Sales Taxes

We offer delivery to United States only at this time.

Since Seller is based in New York State, sales tax will not be charged on orders under $115 USD.

Your order will be shipped once:
* Payment has been approved
* The delivery/billing address has been verified

Shipping costs are based on Priority Mail Flat Rate service. Since many orders are made as they are received, please allow 7-10 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Some orders may take up to 2 weeks if item was out of stock when the order was placed.

Please note that delivery to Post Office Boxes is not available.

Payment

If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Parable Ink, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Online orders are placed through Pay Pal and as such, seller does not hold your credit card details on the website or our customer database.

Furthermore, we will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the site.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your order, so we extend a 30 day return/exchange policy to all paying customers. All returns and exchanges are subject to approval. All we request is that you first obtain a return authorization to inform us of your reasons for returning or exchanging; please do so via email. Instructions will be provided via email upon approval.

We request that all goods are returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns received outside the above time frames are subject to Parable Inks discretion.

Customers wishing to make an exchange for reasons outside of product failure are liable for all shipping charges incurred by the exchange of goods. Customers making exchanges or returns due to product failure are not liable for incurred shipping charges. Any repayment of shipping by seller will be done so by check and mail.

Exchanges are also subject to product availability and are subject to the same time-table for shipping as the initial purchase.

Parable Ink will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn.

In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods. Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 30 days after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

Receiving a refund

All refunds are made via mail and business check within 30 days or receipt of valid return.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Seller cannot guarantee variations in color, shade, size and construction of stock merchandise. Seller hereby disclaims all express and implied warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose. All such warranties are hereby disclaimed and excluded from any and all transactions between customer and seller and shall not apply to the merchandise sold by seller.

Limitation on Liability

Customer acknowledges that seller shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses (even if seller has been advised of the possibility of such damages), or personal injuries or death resulting from use or sale of the seller’s merchandise.

No Liability for Outside Vendors

Seller shall not be liable for any work performed by any third party vendor referred by Seller and hereby waives any right to assert any claim against Seller for work performed by any other third party or vendor, including but not limited to claims for negligent referral, agency, or respondent superior.
